SHENYAN Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

In order to fulfill our social responsibility, SHENYAN hereby solemnly commits not to purchase or use conflict minerals (such as tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold) originating

from regions associated with armed conflict, illegal mining, and serious human rights abuses.

We support and comply with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and Section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act to promote supply chain transparency and ensure that mineral

sourcing is lawful and compliant.

To achieve this, SHENYAN will take the following actions:

Require suppliers to provide smelter information and use RMI standard templates (e.g., CMRT) for reporting.

Review and assess the source information of conflict minerals provided by suppliers and reject materials from high-risk areas.

Collaborate with supply chain partners to establish a conflict minerals management system and encourage smelters to be listed as conformant.

Periodically provide conflict minerals due diligence reports to customers and accept third-party audits and supervision.

SHENYAN will continue to improve its conflict minerals management system, actively fulfill corporate social responsibility, and build a responsible global supply chain.
